Children’s and Teen Privacy Notice

Who may use Sage

Sage is for people age 13 and older. Standard consumer accounts are not available to children under 13.

What teenagers should know

• Sage collects your name, email, learning content, images you upload, and information about how you use the app.
• Your prompts, images, and files may be sent to OpenAI so Sage can produce an answer.
• AI answers may be wrong. Check important work.
• Do not upload private information about yourself or someone else unless necessary.
• Sage does not sell your personal information.
• You can delete your account and ask for a copy or correction of your information.
• Marketing emails are optional and can be unsubscribed from.

Parents and guardians

A parent or guardian may contact sage.expert@gmail.com with questions or concerns about a minor's account. Sage may ask for information needed to verify identity and authority.

Users under 13

If Sage discovers that a standard account belongs to a child under 13, Sage will restrict the account and delete the child's personal information unless Sage has a legally valid basis and required authorization to retain it.

Schools

School-managed use may be governed by a separate written agreement. A school deployment should not begin until Sage has appropriate student-data, security, deletion, and parental-rights procedures in place.
