Copyright and DMCA Policy

User responsibility

Users may upload only content they own, are authorized to use, or are legally permitted to submit. Uploading a textbook page, exam, image, article, or other copyrighted work may still be restricted by law, license, school policy, or confidentiality obligations.

Copyright complaints

A copyright owner or authorized agent may send a notice to sage.expert@gmail.com containing:

• identification of the copyrighted work;
• identification and location of the allegedly infringing material;
• the complainant's contact information;
• a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and the complainant is authorized;
• a physical or electronic signature.

Response

Sage may remove or disable access to challenged content, notify the user, and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
