Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Plans and pricing

• Basic: 10 free credits per month.
• Pro: $12 per month.
• Teams: $8 per seat per month, minimum two seats.
• Credit Pack: 100 credits for $12 as a one-time purchase.
• Taxes may apply. Sage may change prices prospectively. Current pricing and included features will be shown at checkout.

Automatic renewal

Pro and Teams subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. The payment method on file will be charged at the then-current price plus applicable taxes.

Cancellation

Users may cancel at any time in account settings or by contacting sage.expert@gmail.com. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid billing period. Access continues until then.

No refunds

Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable, including partial months, unused time, unused seats, and unused credits. Sage may provide a refund or account credit for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, confirmed billing errors, or a material failure to deliver the purchased Service.

Failed payments

If payment fails, Sage may retry the payment, request an updated payment method, limit paid features, or suspend the subscription. The user remains responsible for valid charges incurred before cancellation.

Team seats

The primary Teams account is responsible for all active seats. Seat additions may be charged immediately or prorated. Seat removals generally take effect at the next billing period unless checkout states otherwise.

Credits

Credits are a limited license to use eligible Sage features. Credits are not currency, have no cash value, may not be transferred, and may be revoked if obtained through fraud, abuse, chargeback, or technical error.
